Mountain Tours Ltd is owned by Jacquie's family in the UK and Renzo and Jacquie are the company directors. Renzo was born in Livigno and has been a driver all his working life, he  has two taxis and is also the President of the Consortium of taxi drivers in Livigno organising the transport to and from Livigno for many people throughout the year.  Jacquie was born in the UK and graduated from Aberystwyth University, Wales, UK  with BscEcon Hon. degree in 1988, she took a year out, went to Livigno to work for the winter and met Renzo.  They now have four children three of which are at school/university in the UK and so Jacquie especially spends a lot of time with them in the UK at her parents house where she grew up, the smallest is still at school in Livigno but will soon be off to the UK too.
The company is registered in the UK and Jacquie acts as a paid representative in Italy. The company is purely web based and therefore nothing can be sold in Livigno itself and any company representative is on hand purely to help with what is already prebooked.  Phone numbers are available on the info page. We do not have an office in Livigno.
Mountain Tours Ltd is aimed at people who want to organise their own holiday but want to be able to do this via one site knowing that the rates are those of the accomodation owners and services.
Accommodation and services booked via this website all take full responsibility for the services they provide, should you be dissatisfied in any way it should be taken up directly with the service providers owner/manager.
