CANCELLATION POLICY - this will change for winter 2009-10
Please make sure you have adequate insurance cover should you need to cancel.
Accommodation - Should you cancel more than two months before due arrival, your deposit minus 30 Euro admin charges and any bank charges to resend the deposit will be returned to you. Should you cancel less than two months before your arrival date your deposit will be forfeited. If you have paid the full amount these charges will still apply and the difference will be refunded to you.
Ski Packs, transfers and apres ski
Up to 24 hours before your day of arrival - all your monies paid will be reimbursed minus bank charges to resend the money and 5% admin fee with a maximum of € 100. Private ski school lessons may require a separate cancellation fee
